After your purchase you will be provided with a downloadable link to download your workout program.

 

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE VIDEO LIBRARY & HOW CAN I HAVE ACCESS?

Yes, you will have access to the private video library. Please email your full name and order number at HEIDYESPAILLAT2@GMAIL.COM

 

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine while having two specializations in Fitness Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist.

 

CAN I RETURN A WORKOUT PROGRAM?

Unfortunately, no. My programs cannot be returned because there are immediately accessed.

 

DO THE PROGRAMS EXPIRE?

The PDF program that you bought never expires and you can repeat it as many times as you want. The link where you receive the workout program expires after 30 days. I can always re-send you the link. Please email me at HEIDYESPAILLAT2@GMAIL.COM.
