Finished my 5 week at home leg and glute workout guide and let me tell you it was amazing! I notice a huge difference in my strength and my booty is starting pop and it’s more firm! I use these workouts in my daily leg day now and the results keep getting better. Such an easy guide to follow and heidy has been there for any questions I have had about it. I would highly recommend it especially if you don’t have access to a gym. I just purchased the full body at home guide and can’t wait to get started on that.

I ordered the glute band and wow! The shipping was so fast, and came with a hand written note! Anyway, i use the glute band almost every time i go to the gym and let me tell you it means business! It is super resistant and thick, and it does not roll or move around whatsoever. Seeing such great results so far! I love the band thank you Heidy!!:)
