I always get asked of which shoes I wear to train and I'm here to tell you my favorite shoes!

I have been wearing @vivobarefoot since back in the pandemic and since that time, that's all I wear. 

I ditched all my converse shoes that I used to train with because they were so narrow and squeezed my toes. 

One of the main benefits of barefoot shoes is improved foot strength. A study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research found that individuals who wore minimalist shoes had greater foot muscle strength compared to those who wore traditional shoes.
