2️⃣Eat well-balanced meals. Instead of trying different diets, it’s very important to focus on eating well-balanced meals, which includes lean protein, healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, fruits, whole grains,veggies.

3️⃣Make time to exercise. If your goal is to lose weight, physical activity is very important. You can start with light exercise like walking. Always consult with your doctor first before returning to workout.
